I went to Barnes and Noble and loaded up on some books I thought my students might be interested in. They are about famous people and the truth about them too! The one's I've read thus far are:
Christopher Columbus
George Washington
Walt Disney
I still have the following two books to read:
Thomas Edison
Neil Armstrong
They are in the children's section. They have pictures or drawings in it, but it's not todler interest here. I imagine 2nd-12th graders would soak these up.
